vigneron repère et remplace les ceps manquants par de jeunes
plans greffés appellés "chapons". Le travail se fait manuellement, de la terre fine et fraîche est apportée à la plante qui sera tuteurée et protégée par un filet. |

The vine grower replaces the missing vine stocks with young dormant
grafted plants named “chapons”. Planting is manually made, backfill is done with fine and fresh soil. The trunk of the vine will be tied to the post and protected by a net. |
